Ltd. is looking for a creative, enthusiastic and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and strengthen the company's online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, content creation, digital marketing and audience engagement. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media accounts, improving brand visibility and implementing strategies to increase audience engagement and online reach. Roles and Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. - Plan, create and publish engaging posts, stories, reels and promotional content. - Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar. - Research trending topics, hashtags and industry-related content. - Create attractive social media creatives using Canva or similar tools. - Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions. - Implement social media strategies to increase followers, reach and engagement. - Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for content planning and execution. - Monitor social media performance, analyse insights and prepare regular reports. - Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools and platform algorithms. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. - Social Media Management and Marketing. - Content Creation and Content Writing. - Canva and basic graphic designing. - Social Media Strategy and Campaign Management. - Hashtag Research and Audience Engagement. - Basic knowledge of Social Media Analytics. - Creative thinking and communication skills. - Good organisational and time-management skills. Must-Have Skills: Social Media Management, Instagram Marketing, Facebook Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, Content Creation, Content Writing, Canva and Digital Marketing.
