Ltd. is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company's social media presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong content planning, social media management, audience engagement, and analytical skills to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and support business growth. Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals and brand identity. - Manage and maintain company profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. - Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional creatives. - Prepare and manage monthly social media content calendars. - Write compelling captions, social media copy, and audience-focused content. - Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to develop creative content. - Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions to maintain an active online presence. - Track social media performance using relevant analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports. - Identify social media trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to improve engagement. - Optimize content strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand visibility. - Ensure consistent brand communication across all social media channels. - Support social media campaigns, promotions, and other digital marketing initiatives. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. - Experience in social media strategy, content planning, and account management. - Excellent content writing, caption writing, and communication skills. - Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and audience engagement. - Knowledge of social media analytics, insights, and performance reporting. - Ability to create and manage content calendars. - Familiarity with Canva and basic creative content tools. - Understanding of brand positioning, digital marketing, and competitor analysis. - Creativity, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. - Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Skills: - Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Brand Management, Copywriting, Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads. -Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, scheduling tools, and paid social media campaigns. Experience Required: Candidates with 3–6 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role are preferred.
