1. Who we are and what this covers

This job portal is operated by BlueBrain Technologies ("we", "us"). These terms apply to everyone who uses it: job seekers ("candidates") and companies and their recruiters ("employers").

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use the portal for a company, you confirm you are allowed to act for that company.

2. Accounts

You must give a working email address and verify it before signing in. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

An account is either a candidate account or a recruiter account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Employers: company verification and job posts

A company must be verified before it can post jobs. We check the documents you upload (such as PAN, GST or incorporation certificate) and may refuse or remove a company that we cannot verify.

Job posts must describe a real vacancy at your company. You must not charge candidates any fee, collect money or documents for "processing", or post jobs that are misleading, discriminatory or illegal. We may pause or remove any job post and suspend any account that breaks these rules.

Candidate details you receive (from applications or by unlocking a profile) may be used only to recruit for your company. You must not sell, publish or share them, or contact candidates for any other purpose.

4. Candidates

The information in your profile and resume must be true. When you apply to a job, the company that posted it can see your full profile and resume.

If your profile is set to public, verified employers can find it in the candidate database. They see a masked version (no name or contact details) until they unlock it. Write to us if you want your profile made private.

We do not guarantee interviews or job offers. Always be careful with any employer who asks you for money.

5. Job postings, add-ons and payments (employers)

Employers pay per job. A verified company can keep one free job live at a time. Spotlight credits, SMB packs and job boosts are one-time payments — nothing renews or is charged automatically. Prices are shown before GST; GST is added at checkout and a GST invoice is issued for every payment.

Each credit must be used within the period shown when you buy it (for example 30 days, or a year for bulk Spotlight purchases). A posted job stays live for its posting period and its applies are kept for the period shown; refreshing a job uses one more credit. Unused credits and CV views are not refunded after they expire.

On a free job, applicant phone numbers, email addresses and resumes are not shared, and the job takes up to 50 applications.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. If you are charged but the purchase is not applied, contact us with the payment ID and we will fix or refund it.

6. What you must not do

Do not scrape, copy or bulk-download data from the portal, try to access other people's accounts or data, upload malware, or interfere with the service.

Do not use the portal to send spam or to harass anyone.

7. Our responsibility

We work to keep the portal available and accurate, but it is provided as it is. We are not a party to any job offer or employment between an employer and a candidate, and we are not responsible for what employers or candidates say or do.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to an employer is limited to the amount that employer paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using the portal at any time and ask us to close your account by writing to info@bluebraintech.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
